I'd say the only way of getting the money is providing whatever they ask for. Anyway, it's not guaranteed you'll eventually get the winnings considering their bad reputation. On the other hand, if you don't provide what they ask for, it will be an easy excuse for them.

If I remember correctly, it's possible that at least some of your IDs don't have an expiration date. Is that correct? The person on the picture didn't look like it would match the player's age (the photo was very outdated) so I asked for the birth certificate ??
