Gaming Cura?ao was one of four regulators for online gaming in the jurisdiction of Cura?ao, and was established in 1998. Having been granted a Master License by the Cura?ao government, GC issued online gaming licenses to many eligible operators, as well as offering hosting and fiduciary services.

Ceased Operations

As of August 18th 2024, the licensing authority Gaming Cura?ao (Gaming services Provider N.V.) has ceased all operations. This is as a result of the recent changes and restructuring within the Cura?ao jurisdiction.

Consequently, no Gaming Cura?ao (365/JAZ) licenses will be extended and are all to be considered expired from the date mentioned. Any casinos that operated under this license should have either applied for the new Cura?ao license directly from the Cura?ao Gaming Control Board, or obtained a license from an alternate authority.

Submitting Complaints

Additionally, it is no longer possible to submit complaints to Gaming Cura?ao, or contact them in any way. Any disputes should now be directed to a casino's new regulator, or according to relevant information on the casino website.
