I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction regarding a pending withdrawal from my account.


On July 4, 2025, at 2:50 PM, I contacted your support regarding a withdrawal of NPR 10416 units of currency . Your policy, as communicated, states that withdrawal transactions are processed within 72 hours. However, despite this assurance, my funds have not been received, and the transaction is still pending.


This delay is unacceptable, especially given the explicit 72-hour processing timeframe you advertise. The continued pending status of my withdrawal, causing significant concern and inconvenience.


I urge you to investigate this matter immediately and expedite the processing of my withdrawal. I expect a prompt resolution and the swift transfer of my funds.
