I have deposited 20€ by Apple Pay and won a 1000€.

I did all the verification and ask the withdraw.

after 3 days of waiting my request was denied because I had to verify the deposit method, I did everything to verify the deposit, proof of payment, bank statement.

after I have sent this documents, they told that everything was verified and that I can proceed with another withdraw, after 3 days, it was again denied and asked to verify again the deposit method.

I don’t have any more document to send.


I don’t know if I’m gonna be able to withdraw my winnings
