After my first successful withdrawal of 72 usd, the second withdrawal has not been paid, my account is already verified, their live chat is horrible and barely answer, when they do its ''they will notify the team about the withdrawal'', one time by mail I was personally assured that my payout will be moved to top priority but it was a lie, days later I'm still not paid, its been over 2 weeks now and they are just playing games. My account is verified

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint, and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

Normally, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.

I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating, and other players can read about your experience in our review.

Even though the casino requested to reopen the complaint, I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
