I would like to answer the questions:

- I have been playing for 2 days, and my account was blocked on 25/5/2025

- I made a withdrawal order and then they sent an email blocking my account

- I played in the sports lobby, I only placed 2 bets

- I did not receive any bonus

-I contacted, and they accused me of violating the fair play clause, even though I only placed 2 bets
