If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process which takes one month approximately. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Yes thanks never received the money thank you for trying but I'm not interested in jumping threw hoops for my money back I know it's not your fault but that website is a joke I wish I had the motivation to expose them but not worth it .Thanks for your support
