On Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 3:00 a.m., I made a bank transfer withdrawal from Drip Casino. I was informed that it would take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in my account.
So far, so good. But the problem begins with the lack of consistency in customer service:
1. I was told to contact them again at 8:00 UTC for an update on the status of my withdrawal.
2. I did it on time, and the chat was answered by a bot, not a real person.
3. To top it all off, the bot responded that the information I had been given earlier was wrong, with no clear explanations or coherence.
4. Today is almost the third business day, and I still haven't received the money or a concrete response.
5. I have no case number or real tracking of my request. Only generic messages and automated responses.
I'm starting to get seriously worried that this might be a scam. In previous withdrawals using the same method (bank transfer), the money arrived the same day or within a few hours. Why not now?
