Hello, first it would be good to find out why this happened. Did the casino tell you the reason for the block? Did you play in a casino with a bonus? Is it sports betting or did you play any slots, table games, etc.?

Okay and how long does it take for you to being restricted? Have you tried writing them an email to find out more? 

Also, is there money left in your gaming account that you just can't access or did the casino take your money? Maybe they are checking your gameplay and you have some investigation there, but I don't want to jump the gun and say something that might not be true. That's just my first idea.

Hi, first of all I would like to warn you not to share your personal info on the forum, it can be misused. 

Regarding your problem, do the wins come from sports betting or something else? Did the casino tell you the reason why they don't want to give you a withdrawal?

Hi all,


I have encountered a situation where I am a player of 24betting since 2021, I was active for two months Jul & Aug 2021 after losing a good amount I quit it.

But back in Dec 2024 I deposited again, my total deposits are around 248000/- INR till June 2025.


Last deposit was of 5000/-INR and I started winning, i accumulated a total winning of 302000/- INR however as soon as it reached 300000/- INR mark they restricted me to play any game and I put for withdrawal of my winnings however my prior experience of withdrawal is maximum 48hours, but now it's been 7 days the withdrawal request is not getting accepted by cashier desk.


I have been sending them emails regarding the same and everytime I get response as "Your withdrawal request is under review at our cashier desk"

"This will be done soob"

"Please don't worry, please be patient"


I need a help and understanding whether I will get my money back or not.


The total deposit was taken from others (Borrowed) now they are behind me.


I am not understanding what to do.


I have raised a complaint with casio guru the time line set is 14 days but due to ongoing pressure from the lenders I am mentally stressed.


Need support guys.
