Hi and did you find something of yours there or did you use any bonus ? As far as the crypto is concerned, you haven't come across such a casino yet ?

Anyway, If you play here you can describe your experience, I think other players might find it useful sometime in the future. I hope you will do well. ??

Could you describe the situation better to us, please? What happened when the casino blocked your account?

In order to help you out we need to know some more details, please.

Betfury paid me normally when I played with a 100% first deposit bonus by depositing 30 dollars, and when I got the 120% second deposit bonus they blocked my account "Multiple account", it doesn't make sense why they didn't ban it on the first withdrawal? because the first bonus deposit is 30 dollars, the second deposit is 100 dollars

Hi, the situation still persists and you have a blocked account ? Do you remember if you ever had an account in this casino ?

However, the multiple account rule and its violation is punishable by a block and void winnings. It's strange why they didn't detect it at the beginning, but sometimes the system can find it later, depending on your experience.

However, if you are not aware that you have violated something like this, you can file a complaint with us and we will look into your case in more depth and see if something can be done.

What do you think, will you go for it ?

What reason did they give you for blocking the account, please? Have you violated some rules according to them, perhaps?

Hello, did the casino also tell you the reason why your account was blocked or not? Did you play with any bonus? Did you have to verify your account or not?

I have been blocked for no reason by the Casino, fraudulently they say I have multiple accounts without giving the possibility to verify they are very dishonest I do not recommend you to use this Casino. I hope someone from the management contacts me and can recover my money.

Hey, so if the casino accused you of having multiple accounts, you don't agree with that, do you? If not, you can open a complaint with us and we will try to help.

But if you are aware that you might have, you can explain the situation and we will see if something can be done.

I would highly never recommend this site to anyone I even remotely kind of like. Why? Because of the seemingly abysmal RTP, especially playing their house games.

Perfect example happened to me this morning:

I deposited and went to play their Tower game. To play, you have 2 options: you can select your own tile OR you can hit auto-select and the system picks for you.

Because I prefer playing more fast paced, I chose the auto select button. I busted on the first pick/row 19 times in a row playing the default 2 out of 5 devils before lowering my bet. Even that didn't make a difference and never got more than 4 in a row.

Before anyone lectures me about RTP, yes I know the facts and realities. Even with that said, I have been playing this particular game exclusively on this site and have only made it to the top (10 right picks) ONCE and that was on a low bet (like I was playing with crypto dust basically.)

I also want make an interesting note that the only times I've come out slightly ahead, have been when the crypto market is up. If the market is down (such as it was this morning), you will lose your deposit almost immediately.

In my opinion, actually, it's only based on pure luck. Sometimes you win, and sometimes you don't.

And this was the case you described.

Please make sure that you only play for fun and spend some time on games whenever you feel like that, so it doesn't go any further, you know.

They are scammers.

They did not credit my deposit and are now making up excuses as to why it was delayed and are not helping at all. I will update the case but I doubt I will see the money.

Hi, that's something I wouldn't want to experience myself. How long has it been since you received money in your player account? Did the money from the payment method you used go out normally?

Hey. I'm a well-seasoned player and like I said in my post I am very aware of how "luck" luck goes when playing at a casino. I'm also very aware of the realities of what casino games mean when they say "odds" and when they talk about RTP (I actually work as a BJ dealer in a land-based casino by my place and had to go through government-run training.)

However, (and I should have clarified this in my og comment), the experience I described in my og comment is not uncommon. If anything, this is the default experience. I have experienced long-runs of busting while hitting the auto-pick after 1 or 2 picks. Like I'm talking 30 or more rounds of busting after 2 hits.

I hate that casinos are given the easy to hide behind excuse of "oh that's just how luck is" when it's obvious that it's not luck. Most players don't bankroll bet to bust 30 times in a row and would be either forced or naturally drop their net if they bust 30 times in a row, this benefitting the casino greatly because even if a player "manages" to land on a larger payout, it'll be at a smaller bet amount which is less money they need to pay out.

Hey,

I get where you're coming from and thank you for adding that context, especially with your background as a dealer. It’s clear you know the theory and the practical side of things.

What you describe, the long bust streaks, frustration with "luck" being used as a catch-all – is something a lot of players can relate to emotionally. It feels off, especially when you’re on the receiving end of the bad runs.

That said, the tricky thing is that randomness doesn’t guarantee variety or fairness per session. It guarantees long-term mathematical outcomes. And in the short term, 30 busts in a row isn’t just possible, it’s statistically expected to happen sometimes (even if it sucks every time it does).

Of course, there is a fair discussion about the design of auto-pick features and their impact on bet pacing and perception. But the core math isn’t secretly rigged. It's just relentlessly indifferent.

We agree on one point for sure: streaks like this can easily drain a bankroll and tilt players into lowering their bets right before a bigger win hits. That psychological loop? 100% real. And that’s where smart game design and player education both come into play.
