Hello. Some one more than me having problems with withdraw from Betmaster

Hi . I made my first deposit on betmaster 2020-09-25. Then played on without success until October 20 when I won some money. Then made 6 separate withdrawals for a total of SEK 12,200 for my mastercard.

The money came in the very next day and everything worked.

Then I won another and now it is 28000SEK Which seems completely impossible to get an answer as to why I can not take them out. All sorts of problems arise! They say that there are problems with my payment provider, the withdrawal button locks at regular intervals, that they have technical problems.

They constantly say that they should send on to another department and never return.

They have also varied the amount I can bet, When I lose, the limit is suddenly raised so I can bet more again.

Since they had as their main argument that the problem lies with my payment provider, I have today been to my Bank and checked out what they say.

They have gone through settings on my account that could be the problem and contacted my card provider without finding anything that would prevent them from making payments.

And they have not received any inquiries as the betmaster claims.

I have probably made 40 attempts to make withdrawals. First it says that the payment is successful then the money backs up to the gaming account.

They have not required any verification.

Have now tried to withdraw money for 13 days.

Only gets robot answers without any nice support.

What should I do ?

Then I can only mention that on October 28, a withdrawal suddenly went through! I talked to them and they said that it was sent but that it could take three days before I had the money. Today, the money had also been returned to my account, although according to them it was approved and sent.

Actually what you're describing here sounds to me like a typical Mastercard issue. Simply said, that are numerous issues with Mastercard when you try to withdraw money to it. It's very strange, because some Mastercards don't support withdrawals at all, others allow you to withdraw from time to time and then it suddenly stops working and in some cases, it just works every time.

You should probably try to withdraw by using another method - for example I suppose you have a bank account and the Mastercard is connected to it so you could try withdrawing back to the bank account.

The problem is that the casino can tell you that you must deposit and withdraw by the same payment method, which is correct. But in case it's not possible, they need to offer you another option - you can possibly create a Skrill account, make a min. deposit with it and then withdraw back to Skrill.

Anyways, I wouldn't do this without consulting your steps with the casino, even though you're saying the communication is bad with them. You can just start with "OK, it seems that my Mastercard doesn't accept withdrawals anymore so how I can withdraw the money from you?"

BTW if you received a confirmation that your withdrawal was approved by the casino and then the money appeared back on your casino account, it makes me think that it could be the MC issue. The casino usually approves the withdrawal (an automatic email is sent to the player about the confirmation and a request is sent to the payment provider). When the request fails, the money bounce back to the player's account.

Do not know at all how it works But read a complaint here on your site that is open regarding Betmaster which is very reminiscent of my problem. They have 14 hours to respond to it and that customer had also been offered other payment methods. He had tried with new card as well as also tried other payout methods without success. So I hope they respond to that. Then I wonder why betmaster is not in your search field? It says that there is no result when you search for them in the search field.

I'm not really familiar with sticpay, but it's nice to see that they don't intend to keep your money, but they offered the other payment method.

I made a deposit on betmaster with Ideal. They say I can only withdraw when I make a deposit with another option. So I used skrill to make another deposit. And now they say they first have to approve this with there finance team. But this is taking 3 days now. And they say the finance team hasn't answered yet.

3 days isn't really that long time. I have no idea how it works with Betmaster, but usually in cases like this one, the customer support agent creates a ticket (about your case) and sends the ticket to the Payments department. Then the people from the payments department deal with the tickets one by one until they eventually get to yours, but it can time some time.

Oke I am used to bookmakers where you can instantly withdraw. They also limited my bets on football when I won too much, it just seems at bit odd to me. How many days is normal than? I'll keep you updated anyways.
