Pengarna kom in redan n?sta dag och allt fungerade.
Sen vann jag ytterligare och nu sitter det 28000SEK Som verkar helt om?jligt att f? svar p? varf?r jag inte kan ta ut dom. Det uppst?r alla m?jliga problem! Dom s?ger att det ?r problem med min betalningsleverant?r,Uttagsknappen l?ser sig med j?mna mellanrum, att dom har tekniska problem.
Dom s?ger hela tiden att dom ska skicka vidare till annan avdelning och ?terkommer aldrig.
Dom har ?ven varierat belloppet jag kan satsa , N?r jag f?rlorat s? h?js pl?tsligt gr?nsen s? jag kan satsa mera igen.
Eftersom dom haft som huvudargument att problemet ligger hos min betalningsleverant?r har jag idag varit p? min Bank och kollat upp vad dom s?ger.
Dom har g?tt igenom inst?llningar p? mitt konto som skulle kunna vara problemet samt kontaktat min kortleverant?r utan att hitta n?got som skulle hindra dom fr?n att g?ra utbetalningar.
Och dom har inte f?tt n?gra f?rfr?gningar om som betmaster p?st?r.
Jag har s?kert gjort 40 f?rs?k att g?ra uttag. F?rst st?r det att utbetalningen ?r lyckad sen stuttsar pengarna tillbaka till spelkontot.
Dom har inte kr?vt n?gon verifiering.
Har nu f?rs?kt ta ut pengar i 13 dagar.
F?r bara robotsvar utan n?gon trevlig support.
Vad ska jag g?ra ?
Sen kan jag bara n?mna att den 28 oktober gick pl?tsligt ett uttag igenom ! Jag pratade med dom och dom sa att den var skickad men att det kan ta tre dagar innan jag hade pengarna. Idag hade ?ven dom pengarna stuttsat tillbaka till mitt konto fast den enligt dom var godk?nd och skickad .

Actually what you're describing here sounds to me like a typical Mastercard issue. Simply said, that are numerous issues with Mastercard when you try to withdraw money to it. It's very strange, because some Mastercards don't support withdrawals at all, others allow you to withdraw from time to time and then it suddenly stops working and in some cases, it just works every time.
You should probably try to withdraw by using another method - for example I suppose you have a bank account and the Mastercard is connected to it so you could try withdrawing back to the bank account.
The problem is that the casino can tell you that you must deposit and withdraw by the same payment method, which is correct. But in case it's not possible, they need to offer you another option - you can possibly create a Skrill account, make a min. deposit with it and then withdraw back to Skrill.
Anyways, I wouldn't do this without consulting your steps with the casino, even though you're saying the communication is bad with them. You can just start with "OK, it seems that my Mastercard doesn't accept withdrawals anymore so how I can withdraw the money from you?"
BTW if you received a confirmation that your withdrawal was approved by the casino and then the money appeared back on your casino account, it makes me think that it could be the MC issue. The casino usually approves the withdrawal (an automatic email is sent to the player about the confirmation and a request is sent to the payment provider). When the request fails, the money bounce back to the player's account.

I'm not really familiar with sticpay, but it's nice to see that they don't intend to keep your money, but they offered the other payment method.
I's really strange with the search field, because I can see it here. I also changed my country to Sweden and I have the same results.

Thanks for the screenshot. I think it has something to do with the fact you're in Sweden - there might be some restrictions. I made a deposit on betmaster with Ideal. They say I can only withdraw when I make a deposit with another option. So I used skrill to make another deposit. And now they say they first have to approve this with there finance team. But this is taking 3 days now. And they say the finance team hasn't answered yet.
I hope we'll eventually get our money back. Please keep me updated I'll do the same for you. I found this site askgamblers.com It seems betmaster does react to problems that are listed on their website. So you could maybe use it as a last option.

3 days isn't really that long time. I have no idea how it works with Betmaster, but usually in cases like this one, the customer support agent creates a ticket (about your case) and sends the ticket to the Payments department. Then the people from the payments department deal with the tickets one by one until they eventually get to yours, but it can time some time.

Oke I am used to bookmakers where you can instantly withdraw. They also limited my bets on football when I won too much, it just seems at bit odd to me. How many days is normal than? I'll keep you updated anyways.
