Just randomly asked for verification which was from a prohibited country which is why they closed my account and stole my money! They will let you deposit from prohibited country all day long . Bu at their discretion they will let you withdraw!

If they let you deposit there for so long and withdraw then it's quite wrong that they would close your account after so long. 

So if they took your money and left you blocked, I would try filing a complaint with us and our team would try to help you if possible.

I tried to file the complaint but when I try to choose bitstars as the casino it’s not in the list being that this website won’t give me that option. Probably Due to my location here in the us. I have tried to file formal complaint. But this website won’t let me!

If you can't choose a casino, try to choose another one and write in your complaint what it is and our team will change it. But I can see from the screenshot that you were probably able to select the casino later.
