I have made a withdrawal request since 08-17 and it is still pending, while it is supposed to be settled within 3 working days. I ask them every day in the chat and they don't answer me clearly, they just give me excuses about the Finance Department.

After 11 days I got the money to my account, but I don't play on this site anymore, it's too stressful about the payment.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the same problem. As was previously said, there is a good chance more will follow shortly. I believe the casino ought to put in twice as much effort and find a solution before the vast majority of players are left feeling really let down.

Btw I believe all this delay is because of vacation summer days they lack workers on finance department, but still Iam not sure. What do you think ? Are they scam ? They have good rating from Guru ? 9.6 is possibly biggest rating here?

Anyway problems can happens , but still its 2024 year they should make it easy as other platforms did it. I have patience , I dont need that money to survive in my life but still it concern me , it would piss me off that someone try to cheat on me. I really had good vibes with this site , now I feel disappointed. I will wait until tomorrow and i will send complaint.

On the other hand, I would like to calm the situation down by saying that most of the players are waiting for about two weeks and most of them will get the money eventually. So the casino can have a delay and I am curious to see if it will be confirmed that they will pay you after 2 weeks. This is otherwise the exact time we give casinos to settle the withdrawal and send the money to the player.

No, I have never been asked for verification and I have previously made withdrawals of €1000 and I have not encountered such issues!

Yes, if 14 days have passed since you made your withdrawal and nothing has happened, then we will contact the casino. 

But I wouldn't be so skeptical. The casino tries to resolve almost every complaint, so if it takes even longer than that, I believe you'll get your money eventually.
