Unfortunately when it comes to casinos with really low safety index, such this one, it is quite often that our team is not able to get in touch with anyone from the casino. It is simply because they are not willing to contact us, and we can not do anything about it, unfortunately. Many times though, in complaints can also happen that a player stop responding to our complaint team.???♀? Sound familiar, perhaps???

We are here to help players whenever they need our help and give us the chance to do it. It is free of charge, and we expect some kind of respect and cooperation, always.

We are not paid by any gambling sites you are referring to. Unfortunately, sometimes it is not possible to get a complaint to any solution, whether is caused by the casino not cooperating or even the players. I hope you can understand the meaning of it.
