It's very frustrating because I already had a verified account, I was playing and withdrawing without any problems and yet they blocked my withdrawals and asked for more documents to verify. They asked for documents that no other casino has ever asked me for. Bank statements, pay slips, everything... and I sent them and the account was verified. And yet they won't let me withdraw, they won't give me an answer or say anything? They're clearly delaying and doing everything they can not to pay me. I can't understand how this casino has such a high rating here on casinoguru. I've already replied to Veronika and even sent all the documents the casino asked for.
Obrigado Romi pela sua menagem. é muito frustrante sim porque eu já tinha a conta verificada, ja jogava e levantava sem problemas e mesmo assim eles bloquearam os levantamentos e pediram mais documentos para verifiva??o. Pediram documentos que nunca outro casino me pediu. Extratos bancarios, recibos de vencimentos, tudo... e eu enviei e a conta ficou verificada. E mesmo assim n?o me deixam levantar, n?o me d?o resposta nem dizem nada? Est?o claramente a atrasar e a fazer de tudo para n?o me pagar. N?o consigo perceber como este casino tem uma nota t?o alta aqui no casinoguru. Já respondi à Veronika e enviei inclusive os documentos todos que o casino me pediu.
