I used a promo code when registering, played the wager x6, put the winnings up for withdrawal. They cancelled it. I wrote to support, they told me to make a minimum deposit, after which the money would be available for withdrawal. I made a deposit, put it up for withdrawal. They cancelled it again! Hmm, it's kind of strange that they ask you for another deposit, but since we have a casino as fair and it has a pretty high safety index, if that's the only thing they ask for, I would probably do it.

If some unpleasant situation arises, then we would try to help you. But I would have thought they would have asked for some documents from you to verify what they need. A verification deposit is fine, but once you've made a deposit, I would also think, as you do, that they should basically be able to see that clearly. 

Anyway, I'd probably try to follow their instructions and then we'll see.

They constantly ask me to make payments. First, 2 times, 1800 hryvnias, then 5400 percent, then again 9000 percent, and now they demand 12000 thousand hryvnias so that I can withdraw the funds.

I have written to our team to look into it and I can't answer with any precision yet but when I know 100% I will let you know. So far they tried to register in a legit casino and then log in on those domains and it was not possible, which is definitely suspicious. 

Also the deposits that the casino asks for, most of the time they don't need 2 or 3, so I wouldn't put anything in the casino yet and wait to see what we find out. Like another player said, it's possible that these are fake sites that have nothing to do with a normal casino, so beware.

These casinos doesn't belong to Gama and they have nothing in common. They said they will take care somehow with it and do not advise players to play there. ??

And what was behind the fact that they didn't want to close your account? Did you end up losing your money or what was it? They have a license, so did you complain there?
