Their terms and conditions state that withdrawals should be completed within 5 business days. So what happens is that my withdrawal will be in progress for 5 days then when that time has elapsed I would inquire and then the withdrawal would be canceled for "technical reasons". That's the issue.

Mine isn't even canceled. It's been in progress for 18 days despite the terms and conditions saying it's been 5 days.
