This is a clear scam operation with no valid license. They ignore support emails, and ignore casino guru complaint request.

Hi, I saw your complaint and thanks to it other players will be able to see that the casino was not able to resolve your situation. I'm sorry that you got into such a trouble, because it's certainly not pleasant and the only positive thing is that the casino got black points, which have an impact on its safety index. 


In the context of this casino and the safety index, I don't think there is anything more to add, as it is quite low, and I would think twice about depositing my money here. 


I suppose you are still trying to get your money, but you are unsuccessful because the casino can't even respond. However, if your situation has changed and you have received a reply from the casino by email or otherwise, let us know. I hope you'll be lucky.

There should be a big fat warning on all review site about this place. The same group a also operates 'luckywins' and has been in the news before for a scam operation with no license..

Hi, Sorry I took so long to reply, I don't have a balance at the moment as I played all the money I have deposited. I have also played the free spins I have been given.

I am attaching document with my last several deposits and free spins I have played. My last deposit was on13th February 2024. So the casino is obviously not closed. I just want to know if the casino is still ok to play at and is not going to scam me one day because I do like the games and providers they have.

So far I have't had any luck with winning anything so I can't say anything regarding their withdrawal times.

What could actually happened, when you try to sign up, or login on their website, it automatically redirects you to some other casino. Would it be, maybe, possible for you to check that up, please???
