I don't work for the casino, anyway, I'm just trying to help so that maybe we can understand why this situation occurred.
But for that, I would like to see bonus you used.
Well, I was mainly interested because if something unfair was going on I would offer to help. If it wasn't happening I would try to explain it. But if you're not interested, that's fine.
I recently joined Jet Casino, partly due to what I read about it and the fact that it supports MuchBetter.
I'm not ready to write a review yet, but so far, I find their way of welcoming new customers quite ordinary. Before making my first deposit, I got verified and received a message confirming I would be able to withdraw. I made a small initial deposit, placed a few bets, and then made another deposit. After being about $20 up, I decided to test my first withdrawal.
I was surprised to be asked for a video of myself holding my ID. I was told, "All good, now you can place your withdrawal request again." However, my withdrawal request has now been pending for about a week, and support says they will check my profile again—which could take up to a month!
So, I was curious to know if anyone else has experienced this kind of behavior. How am I supposed to continue playing, not knowing if they are about to take my money?
Did the casino explain what exactly they need to check, though?
If the game provider is in the middle, and they need to check your gameplay, it usually really takes longer, and the casino is not able to do much about it, actually. ???♀?
Following your question I contacted them asking for details, they said:
The platform has the right to limit the possibility of withdrawal of funds for a period of up to 31 calendar days for the purpose of checking the account for the presence of unfair play. The methods and results of the verification of gaming activity are not subject to disclosure.
I'm looking at my history and I find this a bit ridiculous, $1, $3 bets, I see 2 $10 bets that won. Real small amounts. I tried to push a bit at and take more bets to reach my min rollover quickly and test withdrawals. Never had this kind of problem anywhere else and I'm certainly not the kind of customer using some tech to win all the time or I don't know what. I deposit $100 and wanted to test a withdrawal for less than that.
Have you played with a bonus, perhaps?
If the max bet rule was violated, that might be the reason for these checks, you know.
I didn't use any bonus no. The only thing I could see is they didn't like the fact I took a 5 - 6 bets on day one and 5 - 6 bets on day to on Soccer and made a profit.
I played a bit of Casino after I've sent the withdraw request and finding out got limited to very low amounts ( around 1$ ) after my two 10$ bets won.
I just saw that on askgamblers someone just recently had the exact same problem as I. It got solved via a complaint there. I'm now thinking I should proceed and open a complaint here. It doesn't take many weeks to review about a dozen very small bets. Something isn't right from them here.
That is exactly why I asked if your winnings were accumulated by playing some casino games as well, so perhaps our complaint team could try to help. Because if you won only from sports, we wouldn't be able to do anything.
