However, I would think about complaint a bit sooner since you say that the money left your account but did not come to the casino. Didn't it still come back to your bank account ? The casino didn't tell you why your withdrawal was delayed ? I can see that probably a lot of players are waiting for their money and that might be the reason why, but it is always best to get a concrete answer from them.

The money was my deposits and not bonuses. I requested the first deposit on 04/26 and the following 04/28 and 04/30. My account in the verification section says that it is not required on my account. In every communication with them they write to be patient.. The problem is not the days of waiting, so their unreliability.

We can't block yet though. If you block, you lose everything you have in it plus withdrawals. That's what they say in the serum.
