However, players often confuse closed account with self-exclusion, so it would be good to clarify if you had a closed account or if you were self-excluded. Either way, it wouldn't be the best behaviour from the casino and it certainly shouldn't happen.

I had permanently excluded myself from everywhere because of a gambling addiction... my question now is, do I have to write to each casino again and apply for everything again ???♀?? All the accounts were reopened within 2 days... then they could really just close them all again at once... I've spoken to support and sent emails but haven't received any feedback so far. As for your problem, I would probably inquire why the casinos opened your accounts when you were self-excluded. Surely that shouldn't be the case and you shouldn't be called back to play again. Unless there is a possibility that you write one email and they close it down again, you will probably have to write to each casino separately. If they keep your account open or encourage you to play, then you can contact us.
I don't know if this has happened to other players. Maybe I just don't remember or I didn't get to other players who wrote about something like this.

There was apparently a technical error, a supporter from robycasino told me, and that many accounts had been reopened... ?? advertising was probably sent to everyone by mistake. The support from Legiano Casino doesn't say anything and doesn't reply to emails anymore (account is open). I'll see how and what I do, actually I'm already so entrenched in my gambling addiction that I still won't play there.
