My account was closed, and I have been trying to manually withdraw my funds for more than one month now. First, I was asked to send my details of my bank. Then, after a lot of days, I was said that I could only withdraw using cryptocurrencies, when I haven't made any deposit with cryptos nor have ever used them. Librabet Casino has an antediluvian system regarding withdrawals. According to the terms of the contract, they are supposed to pay within 3 business days of submitting a withdrawal. Today is the fourth day and the processing status is still the same. They keep referring to the financial department as if they should pay on invoice. This is the 21st century please.
