This casino has a safety index as it is because this is not the first time a player has been in the same situation as you. The only sensible thing I can think of is to avoid this casino and never play here again, because I think that would be a deposit blown. 

As for the other casino, I would ask you to post about it in its official thread so that two casinos don't get mixed up here unnecessarily. However, I haven't found any relevant relationship between these casinos and the one you mention is a fresh casino, so it's not proven by time yet. However, if you have a problem there, don't hesitate to file a complaint. We will try to help you.

For starters, I would recommend that you use the "reply" button, because in that situation we will know who you are replying to and you can reduce the time it takes for the player you are replying to to reply. Anyway, I'm sorry to say but yes you will probably learn your lesson although I would be very happy if you didn't. I think an overview of the casino you are going to deposit in is good. That's not to say that in any other casino, even if you do an overview, nothing like that can ever happen, that you'll have problems with withdrawals and so on. However, it will certainly reduce the chances of something like this happening. 

I feel very sad for what you've gotten yourself into and all I can say is stay with the casinos where you haven't had any problems and when you choose some other casinos, hopefully you'll have a better choice than this one. ??

I joined a site called magicwin casino, I won ￡500 and went through the withdrawel process. I am full verified on the site, but my withdrawel is still pending over 30 days now. Every time I speak to the website people I get told the same thing over and over again about how long there process takes but even when I inform them my withdrawel is now over there advised timescales I get no answer. Hi, if you've played at this casino, I probably don't have the best news for you. Have you seen its safety index ? It's almost at the freezing point and it certainly wasn't the smartest thing to deposit here. 

As for your withdrawal, I'm sorry you've been waiting for a month and I'd recommend a complaint, but I suppose it will turn out like all the others before it, since the casino doesn't communicate with us. 

Probably the only option is to just wait and hope that the casino will send the money, although that would not be a likely scenario. Definitely don't play here anymore.

Hi, based on the information about the casino, I would say it was probably one of the worst places you could have chosen. Safety index- 1, does not respond to complaints, has a lot of warnings on our site, so I'm not surprised that you got into this situation. 

I would like to say something positive but if you are waiting for a month for money and you don't get anything except the generated answers, I would probably be prepared for the fact that I might not get anything. 

Of course I would be happy if I was wrong and it was the other way around, but I won't get my hopes up because I know how it was for other players who were also waiting for money. 

Have you had any successful withdrawals before ? Did you also verify yourself here or not at all ? 

I'm sorry that you played here and if it turns out badly, I would certainly take a lesson from this.
