Now me, honest , abiding me, wanting to updated my address and phone number "apparently triggered a whatever" causing them to investigate me . ??

Got an email this morning stating from the finance security dept. that my withdrawal request has been approved to go and get my funds, but NOOOO the verification tab not updated and to piss me off even more, apparently my account is not verified yet. ?? I am beyond annoyed.
