I don't think I would have waited. The fact that they have general delay is not really your business. Also, our complaint is not resolved right away and so when you file it you will get questions where we will first have to clear a few things from you before the casino will be contacted, which will also take some time. So you can basically save time I would say if you do it now, because you will be waiting anyway.

Hey, I see you have the same issue as many players here. I would say that the casino probably doesn't pay out to players before 2 weeks. I certainly don't want to justify that it should be that way, but they often tend to send money to the player eventually. 

Anyway, did they tell you why you wait so long? Was it necessary for you to verify? Do you have any idea why they might have blocked your chat function?

No the only excuse they have is that I'm late with payments... but I can't take it anymore I just want my withdrawal... and I don't even know if I'll ever get it... with today it's been 16 days... Will I ever receive it???
