Out of 219 complaints they have only 5 unresolved, so this is one of the main reasons. If the casino tries to resolve all problems, then it is good for the players if they happen to occur. It's not just about how many they have but how they handle it. For every one that is not resolved, the casino gets black points and the safety index will vary depending on that.

I understand that you may have this casino at the bottom of your list, but since we give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal, 15 days, although quite a lot, is still basically the norm. So if they pay the player the money, then it's not an unresolved complaint. 

Also, it's not based on how many complaints casinos have against each other overall, but how they handle things. I've said it before. So I firmly believe that in this case it will be the same and the money will come to you, and then you will be able to leave them as they are not suitable for you. ??
