Did you get the money? Same situation, now waiting 10 days...promises and promises and that rush is being invoked. How do you deal with this here?

Yes, after a long wait and bombardment with messages, they arrived, after which I closed the account at that casino and even closing it was a lot of work and pain. The only thing that helps is being actively in contact with the casino.

Thanks for the reply. I have 3x withdrawals waiting and more. They haven't even asked for confirmations yet. Or it says they don't need them. Really frustrating..and I've been bombarded..

Also that you have filed a complaint and so if another couple of days pass and you don't have the money our team will try to contact the casino.

Anyway, what did the casino say to you as a reason for the delay? When you say they didn't ask you for confirmations, do you mean documents?

Yes, I got the money and closed the account. And yes, I didn't have to submit any documents.

It was directed at the other player, but it doesn't matter. Thanks for your experience and advice for others. 

I hope it works out as "good" for the player and she gets the money.
