First they delayed the payment for a month, claiming via email that it would be paid soon.

After a month, I received an email in which they referred to their sports betting policy and said they had the right to close the account of a player who used Valuebet bets.

The text is in German. This is the first email, where I asked them why my payment didn't arrive, it's been 30 days.. They made excuses for me to try another payment method.

And this is the second email, which I received from them and their rule that my account is closed and my money is taken away.
