Rubbish site. I played under the impression influencer stevewilldoit will honor his prizes for the leaderbaords. I wagered hundreds of thousands in order to make the keaderbaord prize which was 100 spins at $100 if you made th3 top 10 as he claimed on his stream and website.

Never received my spins as roobet said this was a mistake and they deleted the wesbite with the leaderbaord.

Luckily I did take screenshots and they refuse to honor this prize or equivalent cash value prize.

They lie and get you ti wager heaps and then don't credit you spins that they promote for you to win.

No, roobet acknowledged this and then informed me that they are updating the leaderboards to remove this. It was constantly updating for the 3 months prior and I made the leaderboards for all 3 months

It is not fair, but it is also not just the casino's action. In my opinion, the streamer should try to get involved and help you. As far as I can tell, you were motivated by his promotion.

The streamer doesn't reply to emails, he reads that once every 30mins.

I had to spam him so much and when he did finally read my comment he said that roobet marketing handle all prizes.

Well, the way I see it and according to the screenshot, the casino obviously considers the matter closed because you did get the prize in the correct form as explained. To me, it seems the streamer was promoting something else, plus the leaderboard was incorrect. Thus, the casino perhaps deleted the incorrect leaderboard, though as said in the screenshot, the developer should have fixed that.

There is really not much to do. I can't imagine pushing the casino to award something without a proper leaderboard to begin with.

Roobet closed my account on the Friday 7/19/2024 , I sent them more than 25 emails, but no response from them, and I contacted live support more than 10 times, every time they say they will make them respond me by email, but we as live support cannot help you, they closed my account and there are more than 10k inside my affiliate account and more than 1500 referrals, do not trust Roobet.

They will close your account for no reason and will never reply to you.

I also posted on Roobet Reddit and they deleted it after less than an hour.

Finally, Roobet Casio replied to me on Trustpilot,

Roobet confiscated my money.

They are truly scammers.

No one trust them at all. They will take anyone's money and say we have the right to take any money and close any account.

I want my commission money from Roobet Casino because this is my right. They have the right to close any account and I have the right to get my commission from them.

Yes they never reply to my emails but they replied to me on Trustpilot, they say they have the right to close any account, but it's okay they closed my account but I want my commission money that they have! Yes I understand what your problem is but as you said, affiliate agreements are not something we are able to judge and I'm sorry but we can't help with that.
