I asked if I could withdraw my money because they misled me into thinking I would get a bonus, that didn't work either, you have to wager it 1x first. I recorded the entire conversation with the customer service representative as evidence. I think it was quite a scam, luckily I didn't deposit more.
So I hadn't played any money or anything, so I immediately contacted the live chat. I won't be depositing on that site again. Even my own money, which I couldn't withdraw, went away immediately and gave almost no winnings.
