All of your winnings and deposits were seized because it was evident that this casino, which had a low Safety Index, saw you as someone who had broken its rules. Returning the deposits under these conditions is extremely unusual. I am merely attempting to clarify the significance of my earlier responses; I am not speaking about fairness.

Naturally, it would be best to ask the casino representative questions, and maybe they would not take any of your money. Since the casino declined to respond to the complaint, it has, in all honesty, prevented that.
