Let's start with the fact that this is a popular method of manipulation - verification during the first payment. It may be legal, but you experts instead of criticizing it harshly. You say it's normal, KYC manipulation is a priority and should be done before the first deposit, or alternatively we must be able to verify it at any time we want and block those casinos that make verification dependent on withdrawals. It is actually caused by the fact, that many players like to try to play at a casino. They put some money in, then they play, after seeing they do not have much luck, or even they do not really like something, anything about that particular casino, they decide to move somewhere else.
