Some days they say it's a problem with a third-party provider, other days they say they have a high volume of withdrawal transactions, other days they say it's the financial department... honestly I don't know what to think anymore... Ye I've a balance of 5400 and 3 pending 500 I can't move forward with balance as it only allows me 3 pending a time with max 500 absolutely shocking haven to go threw this tryij to get winnings no problem takin my money when I deposit

That's exactly why you have to be very careful not to spend it (play at other casinos, or don't play at all). Because they do it so you spend it, it's overwhelming.
