They don't reply to any emails, on trust pilot there are several reviews complaining about no getting their withdrawal....on their website they show a licence which is obviously fake and is the same as magicwin casino

That is not a good sign if the casino doesn't communicate, because it is very important, for sure.

In our review, we have written that this casino has no license, if you spot it there, and our data team has checked that well.

But of course that doesn't neccessarily mean that this casino's behavior is bad or that they treat their players unfairly. We just haven't collected much information yet.

Also, whenever there are some problems with the games, it is good to contact the game provider regarding it, and they should tell you what is going on. So, maybe you could try that if you have any suspicion that the game doesn't work as it should.

Hello, did the casino also tell you why it would take so long? Was it necessary for you to verify? I was wondering if they didn't have a check for you as well as the other player, but they probably would have told you something about that. We give casinos 14 days so if they don't pay you by then we'll try to help.

It says on the website 24-48 for withdrawals so don’t know why they say 7-21 days also when checking my online banking it’s for all different places when I only deposited to them. I am very worried now this is a scam site

That is really a long time to wait for a withdrawal.

Obviously, I wouldn't fixate on what they have written, but rather on the email. Sometimes it can also depend on the payment method when the money arrives and I see that you used bank wire. It can usually take about 5 days but since weekends don't usually count so it can be a bit longer. In addition, when they wrote that it can be up to 21, maybe they process it with a third party payment provider and therefore there can be a delay. 

That's why I said that if you don't get the money within 14 days, you can contact us and we will try to help you with the complaint. 

But I would be very happy if this could be resolved without our intervention.
