Hi, that's unfortunate, but I don't think it's a reason to panic. On the other hand, this casino is very well known for its long withdrawals. We give the casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal issue. Have you tried asking support what's going on with your withdrawal ?  

I did hear from them the day after I posted on here asking for further information and not just the normal "we’ll let ya know when it processes" and they said it was due to high volume of withdrawals that they were seeing a longer than normal wait time."

That was Wednesday that I got that from them.

Well I'm very familiar with there processes and run around with payments. I've now been waiting over a month. I've been given 5 or more "time frames" been told several times that it is approved. And been "escalated" about 8-10 times. It's a simple Bitcoin transaction for ,$2500.00. my transaction page no longer shows the withdrawal for about 2 weeks now. I'm starting to worry... I have downloaded chats and screenshots. I'm scared that if I don't do something now they will burn me. I'm giving it 24 more hours then I'm gonna have to file a complaint.

I'm still waiting....I would just file the complaint already its not like it makes them pay out any faster.

Hi, I think there is nothing to wait for in this case and I would recommend filing a complaint now. If the casino hasn't been able to pay you for a month and keeps extending your withdrawal time, I don't think that's the right approach. 

Anyway, it's certainly good that you have evidence and screenshots, because they will definitely be useful for your complaint. 

I hope you manage to get your money back, although I know the waiting time must be frustrating already. Let us know if you hear anything new. 

Yes, I noticed that your situation has been going on for over a month. I'm not surprised, since this casino has complaints in the context of late withdrawals and has quite a few of them. 

Unfortunately, we have no choice but to wait and see how the situation develops. I hope it will have a positive outcome.  

So I am kinda up in the air about a recent situation. I won $7500 in a monthly tournament recently and it was deposited into my casino account. I ended up putting in a withdrawal request for $5000.00 and played with the $2500 thinking I could potentially win more. Well long story short I ended up losing all of it and I thought well I tried. Well I was talking to my new vip host and was asking if that would contribute to my weekly cash back and he stated tournament money would not go toward cash back and it has a 1x max withdrawal. Now this is where I got upset 1x max withdrawal meaning had I won I wouldn’t have been able to withdrawal any of it and furthermore I wouldn’t have even thought about playing with it. Why would I risk $7500 had I known or had been stated in the terms and conditions or in the email that I couldn’t win any more with it. So I sent screenshots of the terms and conditions and email saying that tournament winnings would be deposited into your account with no rules or restrictions and my host agreed with me that it was misleading. He said he’ll talk to management to see what they can do, I feel like had they stated that I wouldn’t of been tempted or played with it why would I that’s pretty stupid. So now I’m sick to my stomach bc I KNOW I wouldn’t of played it had that been said. I know I played it but as I said if had that been stated I wouldn’t of. I think it’s kinda shady im pretty sure im not the only that has ever done that. SMH

I think that if you didn't have anywhere that you could withdraw a maximum of 1x, then it was unnecessarily confusing. 

However, the casino made a statement when the host said that he would contact the management and see what can be done. If that happens let us know what you found out.

So I won the tournament and received $7500 I intially put in a withdrawal for 5000.00 and played with the )2500 well I lost it so like a optimist I decided to play with $2500 and yup lost it and then I was All in and yup lost it. BUT here is my issue if it would been stated that $7500 was all I could withdraw then why would I play with it? I would have nothing to gain bc even had I won I still would only get $7500. To me that’s shady bc yes sunrise takes awhile to get withdrawals and any player if it’s sitting would probably start gambling some of it back may be not all of if but some especially if you think you could win more. Had it been said and stated in the terms and conditions then the urge or even temptation of playing with that money would have been obsolete bc there’s nothing to gain. In my opinion the casino banks on ppl playing it back. I know I played it but I played it thinking I could possibly win more so knowing that I just threw $7500 in the trash with no chance to gain makes me sick l. It should of been stated clearly instead it says

I’ve won several times and played and never once blamed anyone but myself but this is different, why would I play with knowing I can’t win anything else from it… it just is really shady

i don’t expect the full $7500 back bc yes I did play if but as loyal of player I am and how often I play I do expect something half a third something bc had it been stated that what I received was all I could withdrawal then I would just went to a different casino. But no where does it say that so in my mind I thought well let’s roll the dice. And had I won there would still be a complaint so either way it’s shady

I don't want to ask a dumb question, but I'm missing a key point here. What makes you think you would not be paid the amount won from the tournament? I know you lost the balance, yet I'm probably missing something.

Was some no-deposit chip involved?

My experience with all the rtg casino is they take a heck of a long time to pay out, BUT they do pay out as long as you follow the rules and read the fine print carefully. Personally, I think that they take long so you will reverse your withdraw and lose it back. The rtg casinos that has instant withdraws I think their games are very tight and will let very few withdraw large amounts. I dont see any reason for the long withdraw process to be as lengthy as the rtg. There are many other casinos that will withdraw your funds within hours using the same methods as the rtg. As much as I like the games from RTG, I will stop playing because as a gambler i can not wait that long for a withdraw, especially with most casinos knowing majority and I say 95% of them cant wait and will reverse their widraw to only lose it back. Again, this is my opinion and experiences of winning thousands of dollars to only lose it back because of their lengthy withdraw wait time. Its smart of the casino but at same time dumb because as gamblers we always come back to where we win and play more. Now they just lost a valuable player until they change their withdraw process.

No I would of been paid out but bc I am a gambler I thought hey let’s see if I can wi any more bc from the terms I believed I could play that like it was mine with no max cash out. However after I did play it I find out there was no way to actually win anything else bc it was a 1x max withdrawal. Had I known that or had thst been in the terms then I would have never played it bc I would have nothing to gain even had I won. I feel jaded bc that wasn’t stated in the terms and conditions and had I known that I wouldn’t have ever played with any of it bc I couldn’t win anything else.

Long story short: 3 RTG casinos i was lucky and won, wagered and verified my account. So was Sunrise Slots. I thought everything was OK, i was verified and i even deposited 10$ for verification.

Right after i started a withdrawal of 200$ i cannot access the casino anymore. I get a strange "Ups, something bad happened" error message. No Email, no information.
