It certainly speaks volumes that the casino had problems in the past and people who didn't care much about their players and I would be wary of trusting such a casino. Of course, I will follow up that if the owner changes, for example, that can change over time, but it doesn't have to be the rule. 

So, it can happen, but I think that in such a case something would have to change, for example the personnel. I can't imagine what would convince the current people who work there to start paying players. Of course a good reputation is important, but not every casino cares about it, as we can see. ???♂?

My only advice for myself would be to write it off to experience and only use licensed websites.

I have noticed on the withdrawal page it says 'debit cards not supported'.

So this time I have withdrawn to my credit card, not that I think it will do any good.
