The Guro Casino has lost its credibility by siding with gambling sites, and I have conclusive evidence to support this.

You can review my account and see my complaint against Robot regarding irresponsible gambling. On April 27, 2024, after experiencing significant losses, I requested to be excluded from the casino section, but they said it was not possible. I also asked for the implementation of deposit limits and small loss and bet limits to avoid further losses, but they claimed it was not possible.

The question at hand is : what protection or assistance does this site provide to prevent gambling addiction and avoid disasters ? Even the licensed authority GCB states in its conditions (Paragraph 8) that such tools must be provided. My life is over, and I write to you with tears in my eyes. My complaint was my only hope, but Guro Casino does not assist players.

This site does not respect the laws of the licensed authority GCB and has destroyed my life, leaving me homeless. On April 27, 2024, I asked for help from the responsible gaming department, and they told me it was not available. Permit me to ask a question that directly addresses your point and clarifies why it is unrelated to the nature of the complaint:

When you asked the casino to close your account, did you explicitly state that you were a problem gambler, or did you ask for more bonuses instead?

It is your responsibility to explain exactly why you want your account closed, as many Casino Guru members have already explained to you. If you are unable to do so and instead request bonuses, it is, from my personal perspective, a very dangerous act.

This is the main factor and the reason your complaint was rejected as unjustified. I regret that you have disregarded all of our attempts to educate you about the dangers of adopting this mindset.

When I mentioned the evidence that on April 27, 2024, I requested responsible gaming support, I asked to be excluded from the casino games section, but they refused. When I requested small deposit limits, they said it wasn’t available. I also asked for small betting limits, and they declined with "sorry." I even requested small bet limits within games, and they refused again.

If I request assistance from a gambling site and they do not provide the minimum protection requirements, saying it is "not available," then who bears the responsibility now? In the complaint that you rejected, why did you ignore the regulations of the authority, given that it is the site that violated the laws?

I’ve been an active and loyal VIP user on Roobet since 2021, and I never thought I’d be writing a review to warn others to stay away—but here we are.

Until June 2025, Roobet offered a promotion called the Mid-Month Bonus, which rewarded players on the 15th of each month based on net losses (deposits minus withdrawals). The rules were clear, public, and consistently applied—until they weren’t.

On June 14, 2025, without any prior notice, Roobet suddenly changed the entire system, replacing it with a volume-based wagering model with ridiculously high thresholds. The change was made less than 24 hours before the expected bonus payout, giving users no time to adjust their play accordingly.

And that wasn’t the only shady change:

The long-standing "Friday Roo Spin" VIP promotion was quietly removed and replaced with a much less transparent and far less rewarding system.

I was excluded from the VIP Telegram group without explanation, even though other players with lower activity were allowed in.

When I asked for clarification or a fair resolution, I received vague, dismissive replies, followed by a complete shutdown of communication. They simply quoted generic clauses from their Terms & Conditions.

And then came the worst part:

Roobet permanently closed my account, falsely accusing me of "negative behavior" and blocked my access to the remaining funds, denying me the ability to withdraw what was rightfully mine.

This is unacceptable.

After being a VIP for four years, to be treated this way is not just disrespectful—it’s a serious breach of trust, and potentially a violation of international consumer protection laws, including EU Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices.
