And I have tried to reopen the complaint but it’s not about reopening the compliant, I just want to see the information he said he received when BCGAME said they would email him the information, he said he received some but it wasn’t enough for him to make a decision, why? What was the information? That’s what I’d like to see & why does BCGAME have a good rating still when clearly they’re not being good to customers.
