No they didn't tell me but I have made a withdrawal again now that it was bigger they found a fraud problem is this company

We believe that all casinos should have software implemented that will automatically block players from creating multiple accounts. It is not easy, though, to have it in every casino because of the different information that a player needs to provide when registering.
