I'm glad to see you managed to get over the strange transcripts in the complaint thread. It seems to describe the website in a basic copy-and-paste version. Please put in the screenshots you've mentioned. ??. That would be handy.

I'm adding the screenshots one by one, there's a lot of them in the complaint, I'm trying to find the most important ones for you to understand the situation, what they're trying to do, I can only add them a little bit at a time because I'm at work
