Ice casino is a scam. i've deposit with crypto 4 days ago and my money wasn't credited.

I've contacted them and they told me they need 96 hours to process my payment..

After this delay I've contacted them and now they ask me all evidence (I've provided of courses); and to wait again !!

I told them to refund me since day one because I cannot trust a casino who ask a player to wait 4 days for an instant deposit with crypto...

They are lying and creating excuses to make me wait... I wanted a good time, but have instead to run after them to have my money back... So stay away from them.

I've filled a complaint, and contacte Emoore who is the operator...

Hi, 12 days is getting to be quite a lot without any specific reason from the casino. Did you play with or without the bonus ? Has your account been fully verified ?

12 days? I have been waiting for over 90 days to get paid by Rouge casino, they say they have guaranteed my account on three separate occasions for 30 days to check for fraud.

Yes it was with real money they just say I have to wait there must be some delay in the transition.

But it's been more than 10 days and no money.

The account is verified, so much so that I have already received other amounts, this being €500 and which I have not received.

That's always sad when the casino ignores a player's complaint. But this thread is about IceCasino which keeps addressing each complaint tiresomely. Thus, I'm convinced one should always play in casinos with a higher safety index.

Others will not be confused by our experiences, these casinos are stealing from people, we all know how hard it is to win in the first place, then to have these places steal our money, it is indefensible!!

I don't think anyone is undermining you or not taking your situation seriously. The bottom line is that you are writing in the Ice casino thread and talking about Rouge casino. If you want to have a conversation about Rouge Casino, Radka provided you with a link to a thread where you can do so, because you are describing your experience under a different thread, which can confuse players and make them think you had a negative experience at Ice Casino. Is this explained well enough for you to understand ? 

However, I understand your anger, because playing in such a casino is rather detrimental. Its safety index says it all and I think it would be best not to play there, and your experience may inform other players as well.
