Slots Muse have rejected my withdrawal request for no reason.


I won 2400 euros and you can only withdraw 400 euros at a time.


According to review found online of their site and other sites they own such as raptorwins.com apparently they often refuse to pay out!


I believe that slotsmuse.com is trying to scam me out of my money.


My account is fully verified and I have no active bonuses.


They claim they tried to make the payment to my bank several times but I contacted my bank and they said no payment attempt has been made!


I believe this is a scam website.

Hello. It sounds like a really frustrating situation, and in my opinion you have done the right thing to submit a complaint with our team. I'm just a bit confused, though ??. As you said, you have had some successful withdrawal from this casino, why do you actually think they are just trying to scam you out of money now? Do you have any information we don't, maybe? Would you share it with everyone, please?

Although the safety index of this casino doesn't look well at all ?? I actually hope that all this happened just due to some "technical issue", as the support says, and our team will be able to help you out. ??

Yeah it is really frustrating.


My past withdrawals requests were successful, but I was still down against the casino by thousands of euros so they didn’t mind paying out €400.


Last week I had a win of €2400 and when I tried to make my first withdrawal of €400 they rejected it due to "technical difficulties".

I contacted them and they blamed my bank, but my bank says there’s no problems at my end.


I took a look at some other complaints about this company and their sister companies online and I found that they’ve done this to others too.


Due to their low safety index, I have no trust that they will pay out the significant amount of money I have won.


I am worried that

they only paid out before as I was still losing overall to the casino.

I perfectly understand you feel all is lost, and I really don't want you to fall into some blind hope, yet the complaint is still in progress, leaving the situation open.

Please delete the complaint. I gambled all the money and lost it and this is my fault.

I'm honestly sorry you lost them before our team helped you. I think if you ever get into a similar situation, it would be best if you wait until it's all sorted out, because maybe there would be at least a chance that you'd get the money. 

I regret this and I firmly believe that a comparable scenario will not happen again. ??
