When u sign up they are saying now that u agree to terms and conditions that u are not allowed to take any of ur private information with u and really aren’t allowed to close an account no matter what. U are only allowed to self exclude urself from ur own account and once u do that they now own ur information and can do whatever they want whether that be sell information to other casinos or pose as u and can continue to play or pretend to play as u or whatever they see fit and u have no rights to anything. But casino guru has informed they dont help in situations like this or in identity theft so not sure what to do…
