Hello,
I finally manage to set my VPN to Poland, and it seems that at least the casino reviews are missing.
I reported that to our tech guys. Thank you for the notice. Let's give my colleagues some time to deal with that.
This looks like a Poland Ban because you can't select Poland when trying to register a new account.
strange, hundreds of casinos and sportsbooks accept players from Poland, and the review site restricts Poland, first time I see something so strange and incomprehensible.
When I try to open random casinos pages "Unfortunately, to comply with local regulations, we cannot display the review of this casino to you. However, you can choose from the best available online casinos below." Yup we are banned. GG for US... It looks like we won't even find a help with complains anymore.... Right?
From what I found out, there are people who can see everything from Polish IP and they have no problems with the site. So if Poland was banned, no one from this country would be able to view casino reviews on the Casinoguru.
Personally, I also cannot view reviews, including opinions, discussions and complaints about a given casino. I also don't have Poland available during registration or in filters. It seems that this is some technical problem with connections, maybe with some internet operators. It's hard for me to say because I don't know anything about it. Using other browsers does not help.
Only through VPN I can view everything on the site without problems. But when submitting a complaint, I do not have Poland and automatically is Puerto Rico. So when complaints come from Polish players who have such a problem, the website staff would have to edit the country of the complaint. I guess that won't be a problem?
Hello!
As far as I can tell, it is not a technical problem; I'd say the other people you talk about use VPN, or their IPs are dynamic, which prevents our site from restricting the content properly.
Though the request form needs to be discussed with our leaders first, we are aware of that, and the temporary solution is as you described. Nicely done!
It's strange that Poland was excluded from www.kpvfaw.com and legal Polish gambling companies such as Forbet, Superbet, Sts etc. are still there, but we as Poles cannot see their reviews, even those Polish companies, does anyone understand the thinking of the www.kpvfaw.com management?
Did you read my previous comment? I asked people, some have no problems with the Casinoguru website from a Polish IP and can view everything including reviews. Unfortunately, the other part of people cannot view reviews etc. and must be viewed through a VPN. For example, Opera has a built-in VPN.
If Poland was banned, would the accounts work? They still work so it looks like it's not Casinoguru's fault. It seems to be some kind of technical problem, but it relates to the internet operators connections. From what I have already found out, I have fiber-optic and mobile internet from the same operator and there are technical differences. As I wrote, for some casinoguru works without problems and for others it does not, the casino database is 0.
So how do you explain that for some people everything works with a Polish IP and for others it doesn't? I know because I asked on another forum.
Personally, I have the same situation as you, the casino database is 0, no Poland on registration and in complaints. If you want to file a complaint, write in the casino discussion so that an admin can manually change the country to Poland once you create a complaint topic.
I don't know, I use several Internet providers with dynamic IP and unfortunately every timecasino database = 0
Hey. You are actually right.
Poland had to be removed from the list of countries due to the changes in your legislative. But you still can use our website with VPN; it is no problem at all.
This is a completely incomprehensible decision for me. I don't recall anything changing in legislation recently. I understand situations when a casino prohibits players from playing from the country from which they register or want to enter the casino's website. But a global forum that players from all over the world use and share opinions and participate in discussions... this is strange.
Hello.
Unfortunately, the law has become more stringent.
I think there is an important detail though: people from Poland may access the forum or complaints without limitation; we just can't show you the casino reviews.
And we try to figure out how to put Poland back on the list of countries without risking a backfire.
law has not become more stringent recently, it is exactly the same as 2-3-4 years ago.
there are casinos that accept players only from Poland, such as forbet, sts, etc., and you cannot browse their reviev (these companies operate in Poland)
and the strangest thing is that www.kpvfaw.com is not a company offering gambling, so legally it does not have to block other countries, although it is a private company and they can block anyone they want without any reason, as is the case with Poland, access to www.kpvfaw.com is available in countries where gambling is strictly prohibited, you can select such countries when registering at www.kpvfaw.com.
Radka, it seems that it is impossible to write a complaint because I wanted to test whether it would work, and automatically when I wanted to add a complaint, my country was set to Puero Rico, so it is officially not possible to submit a complaint from Poland, because this country has been completely excluded. .
The restrictions have sadly become more severe for us; I was not talking about casinos. Do you know your country, as well as many others, tries actively blocking gmabling-related sites? That's more or less it.
And yes, I mentioned the lists: "And we try to figure out how to put Poland back on the list of countries without risking a backfire." Complaints, registrations, and every list of countries presented on our website.
If I come across an update, I will let you know.
We're doing what we can to fit the legal requirements and preserve as many features for players. Please proceed with Puerto Rico or any other country and inform the complaint mediator about your choice.
Thank you.
