Pragmatic Play sketchiness?

hello, sorry if it’s already been brought to the attention of others; but does anyone else find anything sketchy about streamers RTPs being influenced on bonus buys especially using Pragmatic Play games such as Gates of Olympus, Starlight Princess and Fruit Party.

Now me personally, I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of hours watching streamers and playing slots myself. (18-30 hour sessions I am talking near on thousands of hours and 6 figure amounts of spins. Wagering over 10million USD on Stake alone)

Now the bonus buys are what really don’t "add up" from my own play, to what I see almost every single streamer get. I’m not saying you expect profit, but after 3-10 loosing bonus buys in a row you expect to see something a bit more exciting than a 106x win. (From personal experience on Gates multiple times buying bonuses up to 25 times in a row to try and get a 1000x + win.

All streamers hit 300x without worries on most "attempts"… and even more worryingly if you find a site that still allows "free play" with the "feature buy" option and buy 10 in a row you’re guaranteed to hit a 1000-2500x and more often than not you’ll see a max win within 10 rolls.

Other Games Providers aren’t so bad but it seems to be that Pragmatic are the ones that are intentionally loading streamers with winning "seeds".

or just me?

why is it that I always just buy on these shitty pragmatic games, my balance is always taken out in seconds, I have already bought thousands of euros and you just take it every time.. this is by far the worst service provider on the whole internet

Hi StonedTwat,

As a casino representative, I’d like to join this discussion and share some insights with you.

Our casino launched on August 29th, and just a few days ago, we calculated the overall RTP for Pragmatic Play games across our platform. Over the past few months, the RTP was around 106%, and as of now, it’s approximately 102.77%. What does this mean? It means that since our launch, our casino has been operating at a loss on Pragmatic Play games, which might seem funny or not. :)

We even raised concerns with our game aggregators and tried to investigate what’s going on with Pragmatic Play. Realistically, it doesn’t make sense for a casino to have an RTP between 102% and 106% on these games, considering Pragmatic Play games are advertised with an average RTP of 94% to 97%.

Our personal opinion, which may not necessarily be correct, is that Pragmatic Play might be boosting their RTP above the advertised average to compensate for the huge wins that streamers showcase. You’re absolutely right those massive wins by big streamers on major casinos don’t feel natural.

We’ve also come across information that many streamers don’t have contracts directly with casinos but instead with Pragmatic Play itself. These agreements reportedly include financial support for playing only Pragmatic Play games, dedicated setups for streaming, and similar perks.

There’s a lot of speculation about Pragmatic Play and what’s happening behind the scenes.

Additionally, keep in mind that some casinos use fake or copy versions of Pragmatic Play games where they can adjust the RTP and other settings. This could explain why some major casinos might have special RTP adjustments only for streaming accounts.

Be cautious about where you play, and always make an effort to verify that you’re playing original games from trusted providers. Stay safe! ??

Good Morning @stonedtwat

Thank you for raising your concerns. We genuinely appreciate feedback from experienced players like yourself.

We want to assure you that all Pragmatic Play games use certified RNGs and are regularly audited by independent testing agencies. The outcomes are completely random and not influenced by whether someone is a streamer or a regular player.

That said, demo mode does behave differently, and some casinos may run promotional accounts or varying RTP versions (all of which are clearly disclosed to operators). We always encourage players to check the RTP at their chosen casino and only play on licensed, reputable platforms.

We're committed to fair play for everyone, and we’re here to listen — so thank you again for sharing your thoughts. If you have any other doubts, questions or queries don't hesitate to reach out to myself ??

Hello! I get how frustrating that feels, especially on high-volatility games. Just to be clear, the games run on certified RNGs, so wins and losses are always random — no one has control over them.

If you're seeking slots which offer more frequent but smaller wins, providing a steadier gaming experience then I would recommend taking a look at the lower volatility games such as: Plushie Wins, Lucky Ox, Jelly Candy, Lucky Dog. These are all new releases which have recently been launched. ??

Hello, I have a Question.

on 14 May 2025 I won the first place in daily price & drops torunament with 5000€ win on playamo.com.

In the terms of conditions of Pragmatic play should the player be informed via E-mial about his win, and the win should bay payed out 72h after the daily tournament has finished. Until now 22.05.2025 I got nothing and playamo support says I have to wait becouse they are waiting for Information about the winners.

Is this right? how long does it take, I think Im scammed.

I schould wait, how long? 1 Year? I documentated the win on picture and video materials.

Can you help me?
