The country I’m living in—it's truly heartbreaking to see how scam casinos are popping up like mushrooms, exploiting players with unfair rules and policies that feel like they’re designed to bleed people dry. I deeply wish to share trusted platforms like CasinoGuru or other reputable casino review sites with everyone here. I sincerely hope that the casino industry, especially the honest and transparent side of it, will grow stronger in media outreach so that more people in this country can become aware and protect themselves

Hello, it's sad and I would say it's a trend in the online world that players can get caught in a scam. It's important to always find out some information before you go somewhere to play and another important thing is to definitely play in verified platforms.

New casinos, in my opinion, carry a lot of uncertainty, and most importantly, almost no players may have experience. I probably wouldn't want to be the first to try it. That's why you always have to be careful.

I hope you will be too.

If something unpleasant has happened to you lately, feel free to share it with us.??

Recently, I've seen a growing number of scam cases happening in a Facebook group where I'm an admin. Many members were tricked by shady online casinos. After experiencing that, they started coming to me for advice before joining any casino.

Over time, I’ve somehow become a kind of "human version" of Casino Guru in their eyes — and honestly, it makes me happy to be trusted like that.

But as word spread, casino operators also began contacting me. Some offered to pay me to promote their websites because they saw how much influence my advice has. That’s when things got complicated.

If I accept their payment, I suddenly become an unofficial mediator when players have complaints about those casinos. At first, I could help one or two people. But when more and more players came to me for help, I started to feel exhausted and overwhelmed.

Now I really wish there was a website like Casino Guru in Vietnam — a trusted platform where players could find reliable information and support. I think it would make a huge difference.

Hmm, that's nice of you to try to help. Maybe it would be nice if the casinos we don't have uploaded, players would share and we'll do a review for them. If they have a problem with a casino, they can come here and file a complaint or inquire, etc. Then we would see if we could assist or not. So feel free to put the people who need it here and we'll see what we can do.??

Sure, that’s exactly why I work as a tester for Casino Guru in Vietnam.

I continuously introduce this website to people who need help.

However, the problem is that many of them aren’t good at English, so they usually can’t do much on websites like Casino Guru to seek assistance. That’s the main reason why I often have to handle complaints on my own.

Would it be okay if I ask for advice from the complaint resolution experts at Casino Guru when I face difficult cases?

I’m eager to learn, and I’m definitely willing to do whatever it takes to help others avoid the same traps I once fell into — as someone who was scammed before.

I think it would be best to refer them to us. Nowadays there is a translator, where if they have a problem with English, they can also communicate in this way. I believe that we could somehow resolve the situation with them if it were possible. It is not necessary to have 100% English, but it is important to answer questions and so on.

As for our team and advice from them, I have no idea how it should work but when you work for us, you can contact the person to whom you report and ask them about what could be done and what couldn't be done.

Got it, I’ll do that. I think that’s the best way too. Thank you so much for the helpful advice!
