Can anyone please explain what would happen if my email address of my Skrill account is not the same as the email address on my casino account? And would it be a good idea to cancel the current withdrawal request and redo it with a Skrill account with the same email address as my casino account....

Well last night a consultant in the live chat room of the casino told me it was important for the same email address to be used on Skrill however this morning a different consultant told me that was not important as long as I sent the correct Skrill info to the accounts department. (Which I did) I also sent accounts department a email asking for advice regarding the matter but no response from them as yet...

It seems that even their staff could use some Skrill support. Anyway, it is good you are in touch with them. I think that they have to sort this out in the accounting department first. I'd give them a few more days.

Hello, it depends on when the casino sends the money and whether it's a direct transfer or not. Try to ask the casino for details such as the transfer identifier, which should at least prove the money is on its way.
