It has details in that can easily be found on this forum - the Guardian article, updates on Mastercard investigations, the request from Sky News and the usual information about MCC miscoding, lack of UK licence etc etc. You just need to put all the facts/evidence together and make your individual case which may or may not work. There is nothing in it that cannot be found on this forum.
