People have tried allsorts here believe me and even if it did get them in trouble it's better than nothing so every email they get may be a step closer to them investigating them. The forum is not just about refunds at this point although people have put in so much research and hard work we are hoping the end result is about getting them stopped full stop.

How is this still a question? Buying crypto and bank transfers have been called non-refundable literally hundreds of times — by everyone, including you. There’s no miscoding.

You are right - Crypto is not refundable. So why don't they all demand Crypto instead of claiming to be authorised by Mastercard and Visa on every site? Oh yes, that's because card is an easy target for the fraudsters. Crypto is far more involved.

Unless its Curacao E-Gaming then I wouldn't bother - the others are useless. Antillephone for instance will literally 100% of the time rule in the Casinos favour. GCB will do nothing. Send it to the Central Bank and Tax Office - you might get more joy.

The thing is I have seen proof of refunds from a crypto site and the banks now support money transfers so it is possible

I have seen a few from Bc.Game and the like for self exclusion refunds but kind of different to this. Literally we are actively using Mastercard and Visa, not crypto. If you have your own crypto account and deposit it yourself then I don't see how you could possibly get a refund and rightly so.

The Central Bank in their jurisdiction. They might take action.

Yes but the case is your not buying the crypto someone is creating a wallet and buying it with your bank transfer I agree if you use crypto you bought yourself it is gone but the other way is 100% illegal

Hey mate, how did you go about raising and getting success with monzo, they keep declining mine without telling me why

So my bank said no to a dispute on all of these transactions.

Hi All,

I've been sitting tight for all my 200+ transactions to be settled with 4 different banks ( HSBC, M AND S BANK, LLOYDS AND ZABLE) these are all credit cards where I managed to gamble like everyone else here. The only bank I couldn't get a refund was from starling, however I have now been successful with over 5k from one particular casino which I will not name. Ultimately I want to share my success story and share with you all what I found to be the winning formula for me personally ( it will only potentially work with UK players) you will need to contact the UK gambling commission ( I emailed and called) with the name of the casino. They will email you back saying they don't hold a UK license and it is illegal for them to transact with anyone from the UK. This email is extremely powerful when sending to the banks as it shows that they are illegally operation. Now whilst I can't guarantee it will work for you, it's worth a shot with nothing to lose. I will say it worked for me on the above banks and got 100% of my money back. Again please understand it may not work for you, but it was strong enough evidence for me to show them. I wish you all the best and hope this information is helpful.file

Is there any way to get a refund with them?

I have a few transactions, but I can’t remember what casino it was with! Merchant name is coming up blank on google searches, so no idea how to contact them!

How long after contact with the UKGC did you get that response. I've already complained to them but not had a response yet.

Do you have any old emails from registering at casinos? If you cross check bank statements wth the casinos you do know and have screenshots of deposits that you can match up with your bank statement then it will leave you with the ones you can't remember but you will have dates and amounts and merchants, I think some of the casinos use the same merchants so if you post the ones you can't remember which casino they were for then others on here might be able to help if they've had the same ones.
